Terms and conditions Wellness Wereld
Our general terms and conditions apply to every order placed with Wellness Wereld. They set out how the purchase agreement is concluded, how payment and delivery work, and what your rights and obligations are if something goes wrong. You will find the full text at the bottom of this page as a PDF (in Dutch); feel free to download or print it so you can always read it back.
What you are entitled to in any case
In addition to our terms, Dutch consumer law applies. It cannot be set aside to your disadvantage, not even by our own terms. For consumers this means, among other things:
- A 14-day cooling-off period. With an online purchase you may cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason and return the product. Please notify us in advance so we can agree on the return method – this matters for large products such as a sauna, hot tub or whirlpool bath, which cannot be sent by ordinary parcel service.
- A product that does what you may reasonably expect. If a product turns out to be faulty or different from what was agreed, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. This is separate from any manufacturer's warranty.
- A refund within 14 days of you notifying us of the cancellation and of us receiving the product or proof of shipment.
What we expect from you
On delivery, please check that the shipment is complete and undamaged and report any damage as soon as possible, preferably with photos. For large products: check in advance that the product fits your space, surface and connections. Not sure? Call or e-mail us before you order.
A complaint or a question
If you have a complaint, please tell us first at info@wellnesswereld.com or +31 85 0410131. We respond within 14 days and will look for a solution together with you. If we cannot resolve it, you may turn to the courts or to a consumer disputes body.
